“As owners and occupants of the space who were trying to conduct our everyday myriad of complex activities while the project went on around us, I would like to provide testimony for the leadership demonstrated by Granger Construction. The complex phasing that was necessary in order to be able to continually bring patients into the building and provide access to the clinics while maintaining building systems was nothing short of remarkable. Granger Construction led the efforts to develop a plan that allowed us to remain open and operational. We renovated nine clinics, created a new clinic, and moved more than 268 occupants more than 450 times, and were able to do this without moving anyone offsite.”
